Before you are asked for anything we build your real launch
transaction and simulate it against mainnet. If it would not go
through, we say so in the room and never quote you a
price.

admin_revoked flag: 80% to you, 20% to us, and after
this one call nobody can change it. A signed receipt also goes
into our hash chain.
